Our Health Coaching programs are:

PERSONAL. No one-size-fits-all program here! We work with each client individually to help them uncover the strategies that will work for them.
ACCESSIBLE. Whether you enjoy taking advantage of all that technology has to offer, or if you prefer the intimacy of meeting face-to-face, we have a program to meet your needs. Coaching is available on the Internet, via e-mail, over the phone and in person. You can even combine them to find the balance that is just right for you.
FLEXIBLE. With short (1/2 hour) sessions, and frequency determined with your busy schedule in mind, it's easy to fit coaching into your everyday life. Plus, if you choose one of our remote options, you can participate from the privacy of your home, saving even more time and effort.
